| Man Critical After Shooting In Independence Village |

| And keeping it in the south - there was a shooting this morning in Independence Village - and the victim is critical tonight. It happened at about 6:30 when 37 year old Anthony Parks, was cooling out on his verandah with his common law wife.
But it seems his associate Shane Bennett woke up with murder on his mind and shot Parks four times. The commissioner told us more:
Nine 9 millimeter expended shells were retrieved form the scene. Parks is critical and Bennett is at large.
