Ahead of Minister Saldivar’s resignation came the Public Service Union’s assertion that Prime Minister Dean Barrow had not responded proportionately in the wake of yet another corruption scandal. 

And, The Union responsible for Public Officers made an outcry for an immediate investigation of Saldivar, Mayor Khalid Belisle, and other Belizean accomplices who are Public officials or officers. 

The Union demanded Saldivar’s resignation. That demand was, as we’ve told you, met this afternoon.
