There never seems to be a shortage of complaints about police brutality. But what about the actions of cops while out of uniform? Last night this video surfaced. It shows an officer in plain clothes involved in an altercation on Amara avenue in which he threatens another man with a pocket knife. Commissioner of Police Chester Williams commented on it today saying that he reached out to the victim and encouraged him to submit the video to the Professional Standards Branch.
