Let me say to those people in those areas that are not declared that we will be monitoring your behaviours and the minute we see that you want to become reckless or senseless then I will be the first again to speak to the minister of national security and the Prime Minister and ask that your area be declared and then you’ll face the wrath as well. Those who may believe that they can flee the city and go out district let me warn you that we’re also looking out and waiting for you out the district. You're not going to live peacefully in this country."
