And while Finnegan showed you how to stretch your corned beef, one San Pedro woman is stretching resources for all those people trapped on the island town.

Maresha Reid, Chef and restaurateur, is putting her talents to use by organizing a COVID-time feeding program for those trapped on the island without any cooking facilities.

Reid has managed to rally her restaurant staff to work on this endeavour even at reduced wages. Now she’s asking for in-kind and monetary donations to be able to offer a hot plate to those in need in San Pedro.
