And, as we said, that workplace in Belize City is City Hall, home to 460 employees.
Reports say he had only been into the office a few times since mid-March, but, still, the possible contacts are in the dozens.
And, the Mayor of Belize City, Bernard Wagner is one of them. He also has to be tested because of his contact with this patient 4, who is a senior employee.
We spoke to him via video call this afternoon:

"The individual was tested positive for Covid-19 and thereafter we were told to prepare a form that we use, essentially highlighting those primary people or staff were those that came in contact with the individual and that would be mostly those on the 3rd floor level. My HR team is currently putting that lost together and then we move on to the second floor or on the 3rd floor. We do have our camera system in place to really confirm some of those. The mapping exercise is saying when this incident occurred more than likely we had already reduced staffing at City Hall from what it was."
"I was contacted just a short while ago by health officials. Even myself and my driver would be swabbed this afternoon."

"Yes, I spoke to him this morning, he is in good spirits. In your entire life you never imagined that this type of situation would knock on your door step and it did and it's just how you deal with it."

"How is your mind working right now? Personally, you are a family man, you have a family at home that you have gone home to in that interim. What's on your mind right now?"

"As always you have concern about your family and you have concern about your larger family, which is the residents of the city. But I've been feeling pretty well, Jules. I've been doing my exercises, nothing has changed for me. I feel very good. I'm at work actually, still at the office and so we just have to let the health officials do their jobs and cooperate with them. Be truthful, tell the truth who you came in contact with and don't hide anything."
