Belize Water services is trying to raise 50 million dollars through a debenture offering, the company’s first.

The company intends to raise $50 million through its first debenture offering which will be used to refinance an existing debt and to fund the implementation of vital capital projects.

BWS says it has turned a profit each year, over the last sixteen (16) years of operations and its assets have grown to over $230 million.
