| Cop Says God Told Him To Plead Guilty |

He was caught red handed stealing a motorcycle from his own police station. And today Police Constable Ryan Bainton pleaded guilty to theft. After initially pleading not guilty, Bainton told the magistrate he was taking responsibility for his action. He stated to the court, quote, "I believe that God has spoken to me to be a man and do the right thing…." God might have also pointed out that the whole things was captured on surveillance camera.
Sentencing for Bainton has been reserved for tomorrow as he has asked to call one character witnesses on his behalf.
The theft occurred in August of 2023 when Bainton was seen pushing a motorcycle out of the police station yard. The cycle had been brought in from an accident scene because it had no proper document of ownership.
