| Chief Justice And JLSC Acknowledge Enriquez Complaint |

On Friday we told you about Jerry Enriquez's case that could shake up the high court. He's accused Justice Tawanda Hondora of judicial misconduct and bias for allegedly pre-judging his case before the trial finished.
He hand delivered the complaint to the Chief Justice's office and the Judicial and Legal Services Commission last week. And today, they both wrote back to him acknowledging receipt.
The Judicial and Legal Services Commission says in their letter that the matter is engaging their attention. The body is expected to meet in May and the complaint could be on the agenda. We'll wait and see if they agree to appoint a body for a hearing.
