Faber Fought The Law And The Law Won (So Far)

Tonight, the focus of the news should have been on the big press conference held by the UDP this morning. But, instead it's on the opposition's senior Senator Patrick Faber - who went from the press conference to the police station after the cops showed up with a warrant for his arrest.

He was taken there to face criminal charges after he got caught up in a testy exchange with two police officers early this morning.

They say it started when he sped through a traffic checkpoint on the Belcan bridge after 2:00 this morning- which Faber denies. Two constables set chase and caught up with him on Buttonwood Bay Boulevard and captured it all on their body cameras. Jules Vasquez has the tale of the tape:
