| But one thing that may never be duplicated about the outgoing Commissioner is his willingness to face the media no matter the circumstances. Williams has put himself in the line of media fire countless times over the past 6 years and we asked Dr Rosado if we can expect the same from him.

"Honestly, it is something that I would have to discuss with the ministry. But I do believe we have a public relations officer, a public relations office that we can task to do many, many, many things and I will commit that I will face the media when it is time for me to face the media. I do believe that it will help us to build trust and accountability with the public."
