"I assured him, I said, we're already doing that and so he's right on target for that. On their end, they need to also work with us and they seem to have all the interest to do that to make sure that the very public servants who are the ones engaged in these things that we work together hand in hand to root out those problems. So it's not just that it's just the government's sole responsibility but let us work together to be able to deal with the problem because you have, the general thing happens, oh we find you with this, then they'll run to this next one to get help and then oh, so no, let's deal with it like responsible parents. The kid will run and say, oh daddy, no no, well, what happens? So we try to do the right thing, all of us together so we deal with some of these very severe problems that we have."
