| Let the buyer beware - in Belize that sometimes means you have to have X-Ray vision. A concerned viewer today sent us this image of a bottle of Savlon Antiseptic with its actual expiration date covered up and replaced with a false, more recent expiration date. It's almost imperceptible that a new, fake label has been layered unto the old one - but when you peel it back - the expiration date of 2027, is revealed to actually be 2020. We can't say how widespread the practice is but we warn viewers to be on the lookout for this. |
