Despite this, the Foreign Minister says that she remains on active duty:
Francis Fonseca, Minister of Foreign Affairs
"She's still... she's on active duty. She's... she's working, she's on active duty. But yes, we... we have not concluded the internal investigation because, as I have said, we were waiting on some reports from Toronto... from London... from Toronto, sorry, Canada. So I expect that that matter will be resolved sometime in November, and we'll... we'll be able to... to make a determination and move forward."
