But 49 year old American Douglas Magnusson had a different twist on it today. The Wisconsin Trucker - who was caught with 2.5 grammes - told the court that he sued to be an alcoholic and does not smoke weed.
But, he says he bought the cannabis for his buddies on the cruise ship.
Still, he pleaded guilty to possession and was fined 250 dollars. He was busted yesterday afternoon when he was seen acting suspiciously at the tourism village. A search turned up 3 small bags of marijuana...
