Notorious underworld figure Arthur Young, whose name has been at the center of many alleged gangland death plots, was picked up this morning with an un-licensed firearm. A routine police search of a vehicle Young was in turned up a 9 Millimeter sig sauer pistol. Young was along with another young man, Deon Soberanis and both are in police custody and will be charged tomorrow.
