A Double fatality RTA occurred in theToledo district on Sunday near the Jacintoville bridge. The victims, Kevin Selgado and Yophany Benguche were pronounced dead at the hospital. ACP Hilberto Romero told us what happened today.

"On Sunday, the 14th of April, 2024, police responded to a fatal road traffic accident at the Jacintoville Bridge in the Toledo district upon arrival they saw a Chevy Equinox vehicle and a Chevy Silverado pickup, extensive damage."
"Persons were taken to the hospital for treatment. Police made checks at the hospital where Kevin Selgado and Yophany Benguche were pronounced dead. An investigation is being carried out into this fatal RTA."
"Information is that the Silverado being driven by Danny Edwards, and he reported that while crossing the bridge, the other vehicle entered his lane causing the accident."
