Up to news time there was still no official announcement from the government of Belize. But a release from the Mexican Government says that today at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, PM Briceno signed the agreement establishing the Latin American and Caribbean Space Agency.
At this time there are no details of his discussions with the Mexican president.
