And keeping the attention on Julius Espat, the Pm had recently spoken to us about the comments he made about his cousin and colleague Mike Espat's passing. He claimed that Espat died with a broken heart after CEO for economic development Osmond Martinez had declared candidacy for Toledo East. The PM says that Julius was being emotional, and when we asked him about it today he agreed.

"Yes, I am a human being. I speak from the heart. I use that as a badge of honor. A large portion of the success that I have experienced in life is because of that. Being truthful can be interpreted as being emotional. I would like to interpret it as being passionate, but if emotional is an analogy that I want to use, I'm comfortable with it."
