Every year Belize attracts hundreds of thousands of tourists from all over the world who want to experience our slice of paradise. But it's easy to forget just how lucky we are to live in a place that people travel thousands of miles to experience. And with May marking the start of the tourism slow season, many hotels and resorts are rolling out the welcome mat for Belizeans to experience the beauty of their own country.
