League Regulations Will Promote Parity

And while the new league has long term vision, can it get back the fans who were left with a bitter taste after last year's BEBL final which was capsized by controversy.

The CFO says it's about that limits on foreign players should create more parity and reduce ever escalating rivalries:

Paul Flowers Sr., CFO:
"People take them to their children and said, oh, how are we going to reboot the league this year because of the last? There was so much controversy. And are we going to get the funds to come back?
