Tonight, serious questions are being raised after a post mortem showed that a 23-year-old man who died in the custody of San Pedro police died from "Restraint Asphyxia" - and ruled it a homicide.

On Monday, Selvin Sealy was causing a disturbance at a San Pedro Resort and police say force had to be used to subdue him.
