And, if you know anything about the UDP - you will know that Michael Finnegan and Dean Barrow have been political allies since the 70's. So, when Finnegan speaks, you can safely say he's fully aligned with Dean Barrow. And so what does Daddy Dean think about Shyne's stance? Here's how Finnegan put it:

"Dean Barrow thinks, I can't speak for Dean Barrow, and I will not pretend that I can talk for Dean Barrow but I can guarantee you, knowing Dean Barrow, Dean Barrow thinking of what is happening in the party is along my line, that there is need for change of leadership in the party and the party needs a new direction and they can't take the party, they're taking over the party, a little clique took over the party and hold the party hostage, you can't do that."
