A couple nights ago, we showed you the assault of Joseph Budna, the self styled journalist and media gadfly who was struck repeatedly with a riding crop in San Felipe village. It happened on camera and on a public street - and tonight Budna is asking why there has been no court action. He said he requested court action against his aggressor but alleges that police are deliberately dragging their feet. His injuries have been classified as harm.
