There was a fire on West Canal early on Saturday morning. It happened around 1:00 am when a two story structure was destroyed, and damages were caused to 5 standing structures in the yard.
More than a dozen people were displaced or lost possessions as a consequence. One resident told us they are fortunate to have been spared life:
