Last week retold you about the stop order that the Central Building Authority had lodged against the Belizean Beach property owned by John Pollard - where Boots Martinez is the contractor. The CBA said they didn't file their plans - but, it seems the work continued - which prompted them to make an enforcement visit on Saturday.
Now, of course there's a strong political dimension to this - but, we're here for all that and that's why Jules Vasquez went out to Belizean beach on Saturday.
