It may be called LA Isla Carinosa - but traffic on Caye Caulker can be rough! And don't even ask about San Pedro, La Isla bonita.
And that's why the top brass at the Ministry of Transport traveled there to discuss the pressing traffic issues in Caye Caulker and San Pedro. The Minister, along with the CEO, held two meetings with the traffic committees of both islands. During these sessions, the committees expressed their concerns and gave insights into how the traffic flow on their respective islands could be better managed.
The Ministry will now develop and present recommendations to address the traffic congestion that plagues both communities.
