Well last night, a similar thing happened. Edith Brakeman was shot with a pellet gun in the side of her neck. Her common-law husband told police that he was securing an air pellet gun when it accidentally went off and hit her. She was taken to the Healthcare Partners hospital. Police have not decided whether they will bring charges.
