Shooting In The City
posted (June 7, 2010)
The ongoing Operation Jaguar has been holding down crime; since it was launched in mid-may there have been four non-fatal shootings in the city - or at least four that police reported - which is a below average number. On Friday night at 7:40, four shots rang out on Waight Street at its corner with Fairweather. No one was hurt but police say a man named Gregory known as Capone was grazed by a gunshot. It is believed that Capone was walking in the area when he was shot.

Police don't have much on this case as they say the victim refused to cooperate with the investigators. He reportedly told them that the shooter had on a mask and he doesn't know who did it.
