And while there has been a charge in that tragic death, it may have been a genuine accident that caused the death of 50 year old Daniel Cowo. Yesterday afternoon, 37 year old Gumercindo Baiza was driving a Mitsubishi pickup on the Guinea Grass Road with two passengers, Cowo and 40 year old Norberto Garcia. Between miles two and three Baiza lost control and they experienced blowouts to the front and back tires. The police report says that Cowo opened the door and jumped out of the pickup. As a consequence, he received severe head and body injuries which caused his death. Garcia and Baiza received minor injuries.
