Jim McFadzean was at the embassy this evening looking for answers:....

"What happen here today at the Cuban Embassy here in Buttonwood Bay is still shrouded in secrecy, what we do know happen is someone working for the mission here died unexpectedly, when this reporter attempted to speak with the head of the mission, she remain tight lip about the circumstances surrounding the death, she will only confirm for us that someone did die here at the mission. When we asked if it was the chief, the new head of the Cuban medical brigade, once again the response was no."

Eye Witness
"At first we saw the ambulance and then we heard it, and right after that we started to ask each other what had happen, maybe something had happen and shortly after several police car arrive. Personally I didn't see if they removed a body from the building."

Jim McFadzean
"But something did happen here that required the ambulance?"

Eye Witness
"Yes, something definitely happen that require the ambulance."

Jim McFadzean
"And about what time did this happen today?"

Eye Witness
"About maybe shortly after 4 quarter pass 4 or maybe 4: 30 p.m., at the latest 4:30 p.m."

Jim McFadzean
"What we do know so far is that someone die here today, and the head of the mission here, the councilor section confirm that for us. What she would not do is confirm who die unexpectedly here.

We receive a report that it was the head of the medical brigade, but once again that has not been confirm here. We also were told that the Cuban Ambassador to Belize is presently out of the country. Until we get any other reports about who die here, we will bring it to you."
