Unconfirmed word to 7news is that Bailey and his attorney - Said Musa walked into the insurance company together on Monday and walked out with a 40 thousand dollar cheque.
We say unconfirmed because the insurance company isn't talking, and 7news contacted Bailey who told us he cannot comment on the resolution since he signed an agreement which stated he can no longer speak with the media on the matter.
