A Chinese couple was terrorized in their home on Douglas Jones street in Belize City last night. At 11:15, 21 year old XUEIA LI, and her husband Jun Wie Xian walked into their home and two men scooted right in behind them.
They punched the female, tied both of them up and demanded money. The couple did not cooperate and the men stole everything of value they could lay their hands on, including a computer, cell phone, a camera, phone cards, 750 dollars in cash, and for good measure, a couple boxes of chocolates.
Police are looking for two men. Reports are that one of them appeared to a minor.
