Yesterday we reported on a stabbing incident between two in-laws on Aloe Vera Street. Twenty three year old Elizabeth Martinez was stabbed to the left side of her chest and the center of her chest by her cousin's common-law-wife - 21 year old Tasha Lopez. According to police the two women were engaged in a misunderstanding, where Martinez stoned Lopez with a padlock. During the struggle Lopez took out a knife from her handbag and stabbed Martinez.
Martinez - the mother of a 7 year old - is tonight hospitalized in a critical condition. According to her mother, she was having difficulties breathing on her own. Police have detained Tasha Lopez - but she was not taken to court today….
