Two weeks ago we told you about Thomas Donahue, a US Citizen on the FBI's most wanted list who was caught in Corozal.
A release form the US Department of Justice says that the 44 year old has been indicted after a search at His apartment on February 24, 2011, turned up a laptop computer, with a large quantity of images and videos depicting child pornography, including pornographic videos that depicted Donahue and a male minor.
Donahue is charged with production, distribution and possession of child pornography,
If convicted, DONAHUE, in part because of his status as a sex offender, faces up to 50 years imprisonment on the production count, 40 years imprisonment on the distribution count, and 20 years imprisonment on the possession count.
He is the third US sex offender to be found in Corozal in a six week period.
