Thirty eight year old Arden Middleton a.k.a "Gad" , a cabinet maker residing on Caesar Ridge Road was charged with carnal knowledge of a 14 year old girl when he appeared today in the Magistrate's Court. No plea was taken because the offence is indictable and he was placed on mandatory remand until September 22.
The incident allegedly occurred on Wednesday July 13. The girl reported to the police that she went to Middleton's residence to use the bathroom and while she was there Middleton pulled down his pants, took her into the bedroom and had sex with her.
