In the late afternoon of August 10th shots rang out on Sibun Street and 35 Year old Kareem Bowen was shot.
Now, two months later, police have charged Moses Gonguez for the shooting. The resident of York street was taken to court today where he was arraigned on a charge of attempted murder, dangerous harm and use of deadly means of harm.
Because of the nature of the offence, remand was automatic and his next court date is November 18th.
Gonguez was detained on October Friday October 14th.
