After appearing on the news last night lashing out against the city Council for owing him for two weeks, Exterminator Ryan Swift came to our studios today to triumphantly announce that he had gotten paid, in full, no bull.
We could not confirm that it was really in full - but we do know that many councilors and the city administrator were of the view that he had tricked the mayor into giving him a contract two months after he had done the very same thing for the council.
