The victim is Edwin Moody known as "Dubsta" from Rocky Road who was reportedly riding a bicycle. He was shot to the lower body. Reports from the scene suggest that the gunmen may have been shooting at a nearby house when they caught Moody.

Moody was rushed to the KHMH where he is currently receiving treatment.

7news arrived on the scene before the scenes of crime team and note that this is the second shooting at different ends of Racecourse street in three days; the first resulted in the murder of 21 year old David Hernandez.
