Glen Staine, a 30 year-old Belize City security guard is fortunate to have survived serious injury, after he was shot yesterday.
According to police, at around 10 a.m. yesterday, Staine was sitting at the corner of La Croix Boulevard and Park Street, when he heard a gunshot.
He then realized that he suffered injuries to both of his hands, and he then went to get treatment at the KHMH.
Police are investigating, but Staine could not provide them with any other useful information because he did not see the shooter.
