A 51 year old grandfather, and a 41 year-old stepfather are currently in prison after they were taken to court today for allegedly sexually abusing their 11 year-old daughter.

We cannot give you their names or publish their picture to protect the identity of the child. But according to the child, the abuse occurred between the months of June 2011 and June 2012. The child told police that her 51 year-old grandfather and her 41 year-old stepfather had intercourse with her regularly between those months.

Police investigated the report and they charged the 51 year-old man with incest, and the 41 year-old man with carnal knowledge. Both men were arraigned before Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer today, but no plea was taken because both charges will be treated as indictable.

During the arraignment, the grandfather told the court the child made up the allegation to get back at him because she is not allowed to do what she wants when she is at his home. He said that he is a married man with 10 children and that he would never do anything like what the child is claiming.

The stepfather also told the court that the child is also telling lies on him. He said that she has a bad habit of hanging out with young boys in the dark, and that they don't go home until he arrives at the house.
