He was not seen alive again. His mother started to worry from Friday morning when she saw that he hasn't gotten home. And on Saturday, she launched a search. She told us what they found:..

"We went in a picado road - my son-in-law was driving and suddenly he stopped and says that he sees something black in the grass and I say where and so he reverses and we came out the car. I saw his pair of tennis right there and then his shirt - his shirt was tore in half. I saw one of his socks over there. Now I came to the conclusion that he was dead."

"Not far from the tennis was the body. It was covered in dry grass. It was covered neatly. We call the police and they came. I never saw the body but they told me that he had been beaten badly. He was naked and was tied with his brief's elastic around his neck."

"Police say they think he died from strangulation from his own brief elastic. It is hard for me because I lose one son already, he died in an accident. But this one hurts me more the way he was killed. My son is not a bad person."

"No, I believe in God and I believe in man's law. If man's law doesn't do anything because of lack of evidence but God sees, he sees everything and he will do his work. Maybe I won't see it but they are going to feel God's punishment. That is all."

Blanco was married and was the father of four children.
