Tonight, the Gang Suppression Unit is reporting that it has taken a deadly weapon of the Street.
At 10:40 last night, the GSU was conducting operations in the Kelly Street area, and they observed 4 men who they believed to be affiliates of the Kelly Street Gang.
The officers searched the men but found nothing.
But when they searched the surrounding areas, they found a 16-gauge sawed-off shot gun on the bumper of an abandoned car, across the street from where the men were standing,
Because no one was near the car when it was found, it was deposited as found property.
