Belize is about to celebrate its 31st anniversary of Independence but The Queen OF England is still our Head Of State and the figurehead on our currency.
It doesn't cause too much concern locally, but in Jamaica and St Vincent they've just about had enough of the Queen as their head of state.
This was recently verbalized at a Conference held in Jamaica at the 50/50 conference.
