And in other road safety news, Police have charged 30 year old bus driver Cyril Wade, for Monday night's fatality between miles 59 and 60 on the Northern Highway.
He was charged with Manslaughter by Negligence, Causing Death by Careless Conduct, Drove Motor Vehicle without Due Care and Attention and Negligent Wounding.
As we reported 41 year old Jenaro Gaspar Sanchez, of Santa Clara Village was northbound in a Toyota pickup when he crashed into Wade's Blue Bird BBOC Bus headed to Orange Walk.
No one in the bus was hurt, but Sanchez died in his pickup - and his body was trapped there for over an hour before it could be moved. The pickup was wrecked beyond recognition.
