The New Years' Resolution - most people have them, but very few actually follow through and try to accomplish them.
But, there's nothing wrong with aspirational goals and that's what our associate, Giovannie Brackett, hit the streets to find out about today: What do you aspire for in 2013?
He found that most people want to increase the peace:

"I don't have a new year's resolution. I serve God everyday - that's my resolution."

"You know like what most people will try to change for the new year?"

"It's a daily thing for me I don't make resolutions."
Interviewee
"More money for the new year. help for the poor, that's mine."
Interviewee
"To hope and pray for the new year that we have a safer and more prosperous Belize for not me but for everybody - kids included."
Interviewee
"My new year's resolution is to be nicer - I don't know how much nicer I can get but I will be nicer for everybody in Belize. Happy New Year and just enjoy yourself to the fullest."

"Hopefully we can end the crime, we just have to slow down and send out a more positive message."

"My new year's resolution is to save more money because I want to buy a house in the future."

"My resolution is that I want to thank God and hope God blesses Belize."

"I want to accomplish my goals like coming first in my class."

"Lose weight because I stop smoking."
Interviewee
"I need to lose some weight, I need to try make some extra money to pay bills and give thanks to God for my life."

"Try to make it through 2013."

"You have any specific resolutions that you want to accomplish?"

"Buy a house and keep the family closely knit like how they are right now and just hope that God continue bless and spare each one of us."

"I just want ask God to have me live and hopefully everything work out."
Interviewee
"Just live one day at a time. I don't really have any resolution."
