In December, we reported that Oceana Belize's claim before Justice Michelle Arana was struck out. It involved an application to review the disqualification from Chief Elections Officer of 8,047 signatures to try to trigger a referendum on offshore oil exploration.
Well, today Oceana announced via a press release that it will go back to court to seek permission to appeal Justice Arana's decision to strike out the case. That matter is scheduled to be heard on April 18...
