This morning, he told us about the ordeal, where he received a surprise attack from men he was sure was drunk:

"Approximately 5:52, I came down to the city to drop someone off to the bus and also to buy some food for my family. At that time I heard the screech of a vehicle behind me and when the vehicle pulled up I noticed that it was a vehicle from Sports Council . Everyone knows who drives the vehicle from Sports Council and the two individuals are very big supporter of the United Democratic Part and they started to chant out 'see the effin PUP there, we will deal him and kill him' - now I know that nobody can kill me just like that because I will defend myself. So I turned back and didn't pay them attention because I saw that they were drunk in the vehicle. There were four guys and a female at the front with the driver - so I turned around to pay the lady for the food, at the time I turned around, the short guy hits me straight into my cheek bone, dislocated my jawbone and now I have a huge cut in my mouth.

I dropped on top of the vendor's stand and I lost focus for a minute or two and that's when he came and hit me flushed into my eye and this time I was not seeing at all through my left eye. I want to say this to them, they just created major problems on themselves. I was assisted by a police officer who was off duty. I want everyone to know even the country that this police officer was badly beaten - he received injury to his forehead, his nose, his whole face - his entire shirt was under full blood. He was assisted by police that took him down to the hospital and he was given treatment. Myself received treatment, I cannot eat at all - my teeth are not well in my mouth. Like I told you these infividuals were under liquor - they were calling me names like PUP, Madda effa and chanting about 'if you're going around the country causing problem for the party' - well I want them to know that you cannot go about and doing things like this to people. You just picked on the wrong person but I am doing what the citizens told me to do - file charges against both of them. I am one of the worst persons for you both to pick on and I was trying to defend myself because when the little short guy came and hit me I wasn't even looking ,I was paying attention to the vendor."

Henry has told us the name of the men he believes attacked him, but we are unable to release them because these men are not arrested and charged by police. To that issue, he told us that he has already filed a formal police report.
