According to police, at 3:45 last Thursday evening, they visited a house at the corner of Nargusta Street and Central American Boulevard where they found the White with the minor, who was reportedly nude.

The minor was taken to the hospital with a guardian to be examined and a doctor confirmed that she was carnally known.

As a result, he was charged with carnal knowledge, and he was arraigned before Magistrate Leslie Hamilton.

White was unrepresented when he appeared in court today, but since the offence is indictable, no plea was taken from him and he wasn't offered any bail.
