Last night, 7News told you about 25 Keith Gaynair, the man charged for the stabbing death of 18 year-old Darrell Wade Jr., well tonight, we have confirmed that he has been arraigned in the Orange Walk Magistrate's Court.
Police say that they have recorded a number of witness statements, and along with the quick detention of Gaynair, plus the recovery of what is believed to be the murder weapon, police charged him yesterday with murder.
He has been remanded to prison, and he will be brought back to court on November 14, his next court date.
According to Darrell Wade's mother, the students who were with Wade at the time, said that he gave his life to save a friend.
